Primary Shipping Partner: DTDC
1. We offer FREE shipping on prepaid orders of ₹399 and above.
2. Orders below ₹399 will attract a flat shipping charge of ₹99.
3. If DTDC service is not available in the customer’s area, the order will be dispatched via India Post (Speed Post).
4. All confirmed prepaid orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours from order confirmation.
5. Estimated Delivery Time (ETD): 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier partner. (Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, natural calamities, operational delays, or service-area limitations. We appreciate your patience in such situations.)
6. As soon as we dispatch your courier, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can use the tracking link provided in the email to monitor your shipment’s progress until it reaches you.
7. Sundays and declared public holidays are considered non-working days and are not included in processing or dispatch timelines.
8. If a shipment is lost in transit by the courier partner, we will investigate the matter with the courier. If the shipment is confirmed as lost, a replacement or full refund will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. We are working towards enabling COD soon.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel an order. Please read the cancellation terms carefully:
1.If a customer requests cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order and before dispatch.
- A ₹20 payment gateway and order processing fee will be deducted if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
2. If cancellation is requested after dispatch,
- ₹99 will be deducted as order cancellation & processing charges.
No cancellation is allowed on customized or personalized products.
Refusal / Non-Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)
If the customer refuses to accept the order, is unavailable for delivery after courier attempts, or provides an incorrect/incomplete delivery address resulting in the parcel being returned to us (RTO), the following charges will apply:
Order cancellation and processing charges: ₹99
Return shipping charges: ₹49
Total applicable charges: ₹148
These charges cover courier handling, return shipping, and order processing costs.
If the customer wishes to have the order re-dispatched after it has been returned to us, an additional dispatch charge of ₹99 will apply.
Coupon Policy
Coupons are valid for one-time use only.
- Coupons applied during checkout will be treated as redeemed once the order is successfully placed.
- If the order is cancelled for any reason, the applied coupon will not be reactivated or reused.
- Any new coupon issued after cancellation will be governed by its own terms and conditions.
- Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another customer, or adjusted after order confirmation.
Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days after the refund request has been reviewed and approved.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.
- If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the applicable cancellation/processing charges (if any) will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If the order has already been dispatched, the applicable cancellation and shipping charges will be deducted as per our Cancellation Policy.
- If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability or any issue from our end, a full refund will be processed.
- Shipping charges, cancellation charges, return shipping charges (if applicable), and payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Refund requests are subject to verification. Once approved, refunds will be processed within the stated timeline.
Return Policy
- We do not accept returns for products once they have been delivered, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
- Return requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products should be returned in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging and accessories (if applicable).
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Unboxing Video Requirement
- For claims related to damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective products, customers are strongly advised to record a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the parcel.
- The video should clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product inside.
- Although we will review every case fairly, an unboxing video helps us verify claims quickly and may be required for replacement or refund approval.
Additional Terms & Conditions
Incorrect Address Provided by Customer
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned, re-dispatch charges of ₹99 will be applicable.
Any additional return charges (if applicable) will also be borne by the customer.
Bulk / Reseller Orders
- Bulk orders or reseller orders may be subject to a separate shipping and cancellation policy.
- Customers placing bulk quantities are requested to contact us directly before placing the order for special terms and confirmation.
- Standard retail policies may not apply to bulk/reseller purchases.
Proof of Delivery (POD)
Proof of Delivery (POD) provided by the courier partner shall be treated as valid evidence of successful delivery. Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier partner, it will be considered successfully completed unless reported otherwise within the applicable claim period.
