Primary Shipping Partner: DTDC
1. We offer FREE shipping on prepaid orders of ₹399 and above.
2. Orders below ₹399 will attract a flat shipping charge of ₹99.
3. If DTDC service is not available in the customer’s area, the order will be dispatched via India Post (Speed Post).
4. All confirmed prepaid orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours from order confirmation.
5. Estimated Delivery Time (ETD): 5–7 working days, depending on the courier service provider and delivery location.
6. Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via the registered communication channel (WhatsApp / Email / SMS).
7. All national holidays & Sundays will be considered as Public Holiday.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. We are working towards enabling COD soon.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel an order. Please read the cancellation terms carefully:
1. If a customer cancels the order within 24 working hours, a minimum cancellation charge of ₹20 will be deducted.
- Only ₹20 will be charged (as cancellation is within the first working 24 hours).
* If cancellation is requested after dispatch,
₹99 will be deducted as order cancellation & processing charges.
No cancellation is allowed on customized or personalized products.
Refusal / Non-Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)
If: The customer refuses to accept the order, OR.
The customer is unavailable and the parcel is returned to us,
- ₹99 (cancellation charges) + ₹49 (return charges) = ₹148 will be applicable.
If Customer Says “Do Not Cancel, Dispatch Later”
If the parcel returns and the customer requests re-dispatch instead of cancellation:
- Only ₹99 extra dispatch charges will be applicable.
Coupon Policy
1. Coupons are valid for one-time use only.
2. If a customer applies a coupon during checkout and later cancels the order,
. The applied coupon will be considered used and cannot be reused.
3. The cancelled coupon will not be reactivated under any circumstances.
4. If a new coupon is generated after cancellation, the newly generated coupon terms will be strictly enforced.
5. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or adjusted after order confirmation.
Refund Policy
1. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
2. Refund will be credited to the original payment account.
3. Shipping charges and any other applicable charges are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- Please ensure correct shipping address and contact details while placing the order.
- Courier partners may attempt delivery 2–3 times before marking the parcel as undelivered.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, operational delays, or service-area limitations.
- We reserve the right to update this policy without prior notice.
Additional Terms & Conditions
Incorrect Address Provided by Customer
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned, re-dispatch charges of ₹99 will be applicable.
Any additional return charges (if applicable) will also be borne by the customer.
Bulk / Reseller Orders
- Bulk orders or reseller orders may be subject to a separate shipping and cancellation policy.
- Customers placing bulk quantities are requested to contact us directly before placing the order for special terms and confirmation.
- Standard retail policies may not apply to bulk/reseller purchases.
Proof of Delivery (POD)
Proof of Delivery (POD) confirmation provided by the courier partner will be considered final and valid proof of successful delivery.
Once marked as delivered by the courier with POD confirmation, the order will be treated as successfully completed.
